We specialize in the simplification of landscape lighting for your home or business. Using only the highest quality fixtures and many of them are completely sealed LED fixtures. Allowing them to last in even in the worst conditions unharmed and still operating. No more bulbs burning out because of a connection issue, with sealed fixtures this issue is never even a concern anymore.

On top our fixture quality, we use them in such a way that it creates atmospheres and vibes where currently it may be lacking or never even thought your yard had any to begin with. This is where we have stepped in and are offering free 3 nights of landscape lighting specific for your home to try for yourself and see what you have been missing out on.

Not only does it create an entirely new mood for your home, but it also provides the best security when you are entering your home on those dark nights. The ability to see all areas of your yard from the inside when looking out is also security you never thought you wanted until you experience it for yourself.

Quantity:

This is showing a typical lighting package for a home roughly 2-3,000 sq/ft.

We will include the following:

Lighting design specific for your home and property. The proper light fixture, along with beam angle selection and output are considered when designing this for your home.
A 300 W Transformer along with a timer and landscape lighting wire are installed around your property, running directly to the selected lighting fixtures in your yard.
This power is enough to include this initial phase of lighting as well as give you enough power to continue to add more light fixtures in the future as needed.
Included are approximately 10-20 fixtures depending on which are chosen due to cost. For example, you could buy (3) Lit-Pro Nano Flood Lights is the same cost as (1) Lit-Pro 8 Conrol Spotlight.
This includes our lifetime warranty on all fixtures. Labor is included in the first 2 years. After that we charge our minimum rate for delivery and install, currently it is $120 and will include a maintenance check at the same time.
